Mr. Ogunbola is a recognized real estate development professional with expertise in affordable and market-rate housing in Chicago. Mr. Ogunbola is a Senior Grant Manager at HUD’s Chicago Hub Office where he is primarily charged with managing, among others, the mixed-finance, mixed-income development component of the Chicago Housing Authority’s $10 billion Plan for Transformation, arguably America’s most ambitious public housing revitalization to date.
Mr. Ogunbola holds both an MBA and MPA and is certified: (1) Housing Finance Professional, National Development Council, New York, USA and (2) Community Builder Fellow, HUD/Harvard’s
Kennedy School of Government. Mr. Ogunbola is a Methodist from childhood and continues to be an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Evanston, Illinois.
